Automotive Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Automotive Mechanics to join our team in Villawood, NSW. As part of our growing operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring every car we deliver is safe, roadworthy, and ready for the road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough mechanical, electrical, and safety inspections
  • Diagnosing complex faults and performing repairs on brakes, suspension, engines, and more
  • Preparing vehicles for compliance and adherence to regulations
  • Performing quality control checks before handover
  • Documenting all work completed for transparency and compliance purposes
  • Collaborating with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, RWC License or equivalent qualification
  • Solid mechanical experience in a dealership or high-volume workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Current Australian driver's license
  • Willingness to undergo a police background check
