The Customer Experience Consultant (CEC) plays a vital role in our call centre, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. Based in Penrith, the CEC forms an integral part of our Customer Service Team, communicating with customers daily to provide exceptional service.

This hybrid role requires 3 days of work from the office and 2 days of work from home. The CEC contributes meaningfully to the ultimate goal of placing our customers into sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and empathy
  • Work collaboratively with the Employment Partners and wider team to achieve organisational goals
  • Utilise Microsoft Office skills to manage tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Adhere to rotating roster requirements, including servicing states across WA, SA and NSW
