Job Description

The role of the Quality Assurance Partner is to provide governance support to the Operations Teams in implementing a proactive quality management system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting management in promoting operational excellence and ensuring ongoing compliance with national quality standards.
  • Participating in the development of audit programs, templates, and reports.
  • Engaging with regional teams to promote understanding of national quality frameworks.
  • Guiding centre managers in maintaining compliance and preparedness for external audits.
  • Conducting audits and inspections using established principles and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • Extensive experience within the early education sector, with at least 5 years' experience in a supervisor or leadership position.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of national quality frameworks, including the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
