Job Overview

  • Leverage your expertise to lead and guide junior EI&C engineering teams.
  • Develop and review HV/LV, instrumentation, and control designs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success.
  • Design and implement project plans, scopes of work, proposals, and cost estimates that meet client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and act as the design focal point for clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Assist with installation and commissioning activities to guarantee project completion.
  • Manage scheduling and direct engineers to complete project tasks effectively.
  • PARTICIPATE in multi-disciplinary project teams to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Support secondment projects with partners and other divisions to enhance knowledge sharing.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
  • 5-8 years' experience in EI&C engineering, with a strong focus on HV protection, earthing design, and SKM PTW.
  • RPEQ (Electrical) registration and excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider) and SCADA/HMI systems, as well as TUV certification and SIL 3 experience.
  • Ability to work independently and across hybrid/remote teams, with a strong commitment to excellence.
