Job Overview

The role of Service Manager Corporate Finance is pivotal in delivering and leading financial services across corporate taxation advisory and compliance, financial reporting and reconciliations, capital and asset accounting, and treasury management functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and relevant legislation.
  • Lead the Corporate Finance Unit including staff development, performance management, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Oversee capitalisation, asset accounting, and the development and review of the Long Term Asset Management Plan.
  • Provide expert taxation advice and ensure accurate compliance and lodgement of tax returns.
  • Support treasury management, balancing debt and investment portfolios, and forecasting cash flows.
  • Build effective internal partnerships and deliver tailored financial insights that support decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Financial Services division and drive continuous service improvements.
