Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Manager to lead our dental practice and ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing dental practices, possessing strong leadership skills and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and high-quality care.
  • Manage and support dental professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement practice policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar role within a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
