Senior Data Scientist

The Senior Data Scientist will spearhead end-to-end machine learning initiatives, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the adoption of scalable models that drive meaningful impact across the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading data science and machine learning initiatives, mentoring junior and mid-level data scientists, designing and maintaining robust data pipelines and architectures, applying techniques such as A/B testing and causal inference, and championing MLOps practices.

  • Lead end-to-end data science and machine learning initiatives from ideation through to deployment and monitoring
  • Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists, promoting best practices in modelling, ML engineering, and business alignment
  • Design and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures to support scalable analytics and ML workflows

The ideal candidate is a curious, business-focused data scientist who proactively uncovers opportunities to drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and continuous process improvement. They will influence and engage stakeholders effectively, clearly articulating the impact of data science on business performance.

You are a seasoned data scientist with deep expertise across the full data science lifecycle from concept to production. Comfortable exploring complex data sets and communicating insights in business terms, you bring strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Azure Databricks, and Azure cloud services, along with working knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and modern ML toolsets.
