This role is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and managing the non-financial risk framework and associated policies.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversight, advisory, and challenge of implementation of non-financial risk management across the business.
- Providing training and knowledge sharing on various non-financial risk topics.
- Assisting the Chair of the Risk Committee in maintaining and overseeing the committee.
- Managing Connexa, the governance, risk, and compliance system.
- At least 15 years' experience in risk, compliance, and audit backgrounds within banking and financial services.
- 10+ years' experience in team management.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
