Job Description

Oaks Hotels is a reputable hospitality provider seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and check-in guests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with guests to ensure their needs are met.
  • Efficiently manage bookings and assist guests during their stay.

The successful candidate will work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings, Monday to Sunday, rotating roster.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude is crucial.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
