Clinical Nurse Educators play a pivotal role in staff development. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver education resources that reflect best practice
  • Support the development of clinical competencies aligned to Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards, resident needs, and organisational requirements
  • Mentor and coach care teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical education setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to residential care and home care sites
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
