About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator with Goodstart Early Learning, you will be responsible for:

  1. Contributing to the delivery of high-quality education programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  2. Engaging with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote a sense of community
  3. Maintaining a safe and healthy environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, and social development
  4. Supporting the implementation of National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  5. Participating in ongoing reflective practice and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification (such as a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education)
  • The ability to travel between centers, if required, and commit to flexible hours Monday to Friday, 6:30am-6:30pm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
