Business Improvement and Analysis Leader

The role of Business Improvement and Analysis Leader is a key position within the organisation that supports a whole-of-organisation approach to identifying, analysing, and enabling improvements in business processes, service models, and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough business analysis and service reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance business performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver business improvement projects that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and customer centricity, ensuring seamless execution and continuous monitoring.
  • Build capabilities within the organisation through training and development initiatives, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure successful implementation and embedding of best practices.
  • Influence organisational decision-making by providing structured analysis and recommendations, driving informed decision-making and strategic direction.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fully qualified professional with extensive experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Benefits

  • 36.25 hours per week.
  • Maranoa Regional Council Certified Agreement 2023 - Stream A - Level 6-7.
  • Maranoa Locality Allowance - $72.00 per fortnight.
