Job Title: Business Process Improvement Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Governance and Risk Services team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and enabling improvements in business processes, service models, and operational practices.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess current state operations and define future state aspirations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and process thinking skills
Benefits:
