Your opportunity The Westhaven Director of Nursing is responsible for leading and managing the Westhaven Aged Care Facility, ensuring the delivery of a consumer-focused service that complies with legislative standards and meets the needs of residents.
The role involves ensuring facility compliance with the Aged Care Standards, supported by a Nurse Unit Manager and a Clinical Nurse Educator.
The position reports to the Roma Facility Director of Nursing and collaborates with Roma Group Leaders to monitor and implement strategic objectives and operational plans for effective residential aged care services in the Roma community and the wider South West Hospital and Health Service.
