Water Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to support water customers across Australia, driving innovation in drinking water and wastewater treatment services.

You will be a key member of our Water team who have secured projects that will change the way Australia operates forever. We provide efficient and integrated water systems, catering to growth in services and maintenance of existing assets.

We address critical water cycle challenges through flexible program delivery models and ongoing asset management programs. Our team supports major water utilities, delivering environmental and community outcomes while reducing capital expenditure.

Your role will involve project leadership, technical direction, client relationships, and commercial direction. You will also have the opportunity to develop new skills in virtual reality and artificial intelligence.

About You
  • You possess design-focused experience in water and wastewater treatment, plant and equipment, pumps, valves & project management.
  • You are outcome-focused, with proven commercial acumen in the delivery of water infrastructure.
  • You are a Chartered Engineer with experience in consulting environments and leading engineering teams.
  • You have demonstrated expertise in project management, working directly with clients and managing projects to scope, budget, and program.
