Job Title: Retail Dual Site Concession Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Dual Site Concession Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement within our concession pads.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership to build a successful and profitable concession pad
  • Maintain operational excellence and ensure seamless day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar retail role, preferably in a concession or store management capacity
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth and manage stock volumes
  • An eye for detail and passion for visual merchandising and styling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
