Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to join our team as a Dual Site Concession Supervisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer-focused culture, empowering teams, and working collaboratively with leadership to achieve business objectives.

About the Role
  • Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration
  • Work with Leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar retail fashion role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
  • A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
