Job Title: Data Engineer - Cloud Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across 5 key workstreams. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the data pipelines required to support this ERP transformation in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with existing systems.
  • Lead data migration efforts by creating data mapping, validation frameworks, and ensuring accurate data transfer between legacy systems (e.g., SAP) and D365 F&O.
  • Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for efficient data flow across multiple workstreams, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and design data solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure high-performance, reliable, and secure data architectures that adhere to data governance and compliance standards.
  • Optimize existing data workflows, automate data processing tasks, and troubleshoot data issues to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Work with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks) to process, store, and manage healthcare-related data.
  • Build and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Support the creation of data models and schemas to facilitate easy reporting and analytics, working closely with data analysts and business intelligence teams.
  • Ensure data security and privacy by implementing best practices in line with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) data architecture and integrations.
  • Strong cloud platform expertise, particularly in Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ETL processes and data pipeline orchestration using tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar platforms.
  • Solid experience with SQL and other database management systems, with proficiency in designing efficient data models.
  • Experience with data migration projects involving large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP to D365), ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing principles and familiarity with building data lakes and structured data environments for reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with business and IT teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
