Job Description

We operate in a variety of community-based settings, including people's homes, residential facilities and secure settings across metropolitan, rural and regional Victoria.

We require an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in large-scale delivery programs, construction, design management and town planning processes in a Public Private Partnerships context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep accurate records of your work activities in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace.
  • Illustrate how your actions impact clients and the department's ability to deliver support and services.

The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the Government's agenda of increasing access to social and affordable housing for Victorians.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.

Knowledge of public sector policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of government systems and processes.
