The Job Description

You will serve as a critical component of the Sales team, working closely with other departments to develop and implement the commercial plan for the year. This will involve:

  1. Analyzing scan data to identify opportunities within each retailer.
  2. Assisting with category and activation planning.
  3. Maintaining cross-functional alignment with the Sales and Category teams.
  4. Providing frontline sales teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and techniques to excel in their roles.
  5. Ensuring the marketing and shopper plans deliver against resource allocation goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and project management skills.
  • Experience working with scan data is highly valued.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and internal influencing skills.
  • A high level of organization with strong attention to detail.
