The Job DescriptionYou will serve as a critical component of the Sales team, working closely with other departments to develop and implement the commercial plan for the year. This will involve:
- Analyzing scan data to identify opportunities within each retailer.
- Assisting with category and activation planning.
- Maintaining cross-functional alignment with the Sales and Category teams.
- Providing frontline sales teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and techniques to excel in their roles.
- Ensuring the marketing and shopper plans deliver against resource allocation goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent commercial acumen and project management skills.
- Experience working with scan data is highly valued.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and internal influencing skills.
- A high level of organization with strong attention to detail.
