The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms. As a brand ambassador, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our industry-leading reputation by providing top-notch support and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Act as a representative of CMC Markets, promoting our brand values and mission.
  • Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
