Role

  • Facilitate workshops with business areas, technology SMEs, and vendors to define and prioritize requirements.
  • Perform technical analysis to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Present complex technical requirements in simple terms to the business.
  • Record BA artefacts, including user stories, requirements, dependencies, risks, scope, business process modeling, data discovery, and sequence diagrams.
  • Assist and work with the PM to perform peer and quality reviews and support team members.
  • Contribute to the BA CoP - Business Analysis Community of Practice.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in a similar role performing business analysis activities, including workshop facilitation.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with technical SMEs to define and obtain an understanding of business needs, technical constraints, and technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple business stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a role relating to cloud platforms, including delivery of new cloud-based services.
  • Experience working in Government or large and complex corporates.
  • Agile and waterfall project ways of working.
