About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional to join our retail travel & experience team of experts, who provide exceptional customer service to members and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will utilise your exceptional customer service skills and share your knowledge, expertise and passion for travel. You will be responsible for managing the customer travel experience from beginning to end, promoting travel products, converting sales to meet targets, creating long lasting relationships that foster repeat business for return travellers and achieving a high level of member and customer satisfaction.
  • Your key responsibilities include:
