About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate CloudOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing creative cloud solutions for our clients, ensuring operational excellence and improving the overall customer experience with cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and developing the digital ops team, with a focus on Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement within a managed service provider environment.
  • Providing expertise in cloud infrastructure—particularly in AWS.
  • Working closely with other operations staff, engineering, and client services to ensure cloud services are available 24 x 7.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an entry-level cloudops role.
  • Experience with Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement in a service provider environment.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure – Amazon AWS.
  • Administration of Linux/Windows Server.
  • A positive can-do attitude and professional approach to working with customers and internal teams.
  • Up-to-date certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and a successful track record in building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
