About You

To be considered for the position of Health Clinician Team Lead - Family Services, applicants must hold a tertiary degree and full registration with AHPRA or a relevant professional body as a Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, or Senior Psychologist. Experience working in the Violence, Abuse, and Neglect sector, particularly with complex and vulnerable families, is highly regarded. Advanced leadership capabilities, including prioritising, analysing, and considering broader government and organisational policies, are essential. An Australian Drivers' Licence and willingness to travel to various sites across the Central Coast Local Health District are also necessary.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders. Sound problem-solving abilities, good judgement, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment are also desirable attributes.
