Ambitious Training Manager Wanted

We are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee comprehensive training and competency development programs for a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all training activities and materials align with organisational policies and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, employment, and equality laws.
  • Develop in-house trainers' competence for delivering high-quality, cost-effective training interventions that meet business needs and rail regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback, as well as Key Performance Indicators, to operational managers.
  • Support operational managers during recruitment and competencies assessment processes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Investigative and analytical skills to identify and implement best practice.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effective leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning and Development or adult education, with qualifications such as a Certificate in Training Practice, PTTLS, or equivalent experience.
