Front End Engineering Leader

We're seeking an experienced Front End Engineer to lead our Continuous Feedback team. You'll shape how our front end engineering practice evolves within the company, with opportunities for impact beyond your immediate team.

You will champion the adoption of engineering best practices, including accessibility, quality, performance, and maintainability. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn customer problems into product outcomes.

As a Front End Engineering leader, you have significant hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale SaaS front ends using React, Typescript, and modern web technologies. You bring deep knowledge of web application architecture, performance optimisation, accessibility, and user-centric design. A track record of technical leadership and a strong sense of ownership are essential.
