As a key player in the public transport sector, we seek a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in administering and monitoring track access agreements. This role is crucial in ensuring legislative compliance and maintaining strong communication with external rail operators.

About the Role

This position focuses on managing scheduled and special train path approvals, coordinating access-related financial processes, and advising stakeholders on contractual obligations. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Relevant technical diploma or commensurate experience.
  • Knowledge of rail legislation relevant to the responsibilities of the position, particularly as it relates to the rollingstock track access and project administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience of government contracting, and procurement policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated administrative, accounting and financial management skills and experience.
  • Build and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders by providing relevant specialist advice and effectively negotiating and resolving issues.
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of rail operations or infrastructure and bring proven contract management experience. Strong analytical and administrative skills are essential to evaluate performance, manage risks, and contribute to tariff development, costing principles, and compliance audits in line with regulatory requirements.
