We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced accounting professional to cover a maternity leave contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial operations to make a significant contribution to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record financial transactions accurately and on time for multiple pet resort entities
  • Monitor cash receipting processes, identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
  • Manage accruals, prepayments, and depreciation schedules
  • Assess financial performance, identifying trends, variances and areas for improvement
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals and financial statement preparation
Requirements
  • A reliable mode of transport to our office is required
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial accounting role
