Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the supply chain point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders with logistics challenges and manage this through our integrated customer ticketing system.
  • Provide feedback on internal and external customer queries regarding consignments shipped from national warehouse in a timely manner.
  • Capture and report on all customer related logistics issues on a periodic basis.
  • Investigate queries from customers on consignments that are mis shipped or damaged.
  • Assist stakeholders with organising and booking of stock transfers upon request.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with business and external stakeholders to report on and discuss customer related logistics service measures and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with external key account managers from our range of carriers/ courier partners to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve interface errors between KM ERP system and 3PL WMS relating to outbound consignments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain management or similar role
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage and establish relationships with stakeholders
  • A proven capacity to set priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed KPIs & targets
