Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Assistant Principal to join our team at a Government School in Victoria, Australia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of educational leadership and a passion for improving student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of kindergarten and primary education teachers and education support staff
  • Develop and implement effective education programs to meet the needs of all students
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective use of teaching staff and program budget
  • Supervise the delivery of teaching programs and manage programs to improve staff knowledge and experience
  • Contribute to the overall management of the school and participate in policy formulation and decision-making

Requirements
  • Appropriately qualified individuals currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
