Responsibilities include assisting the store manager & assistant manager in:

  • Supporting day-to-day inventory operations with logistics, stock management and restocking to provide a premium consumer experience
  • Supports store management team by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all inventory operational needs and to deliver and maintain a premium inventory model
  • Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Drives and ensures compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class concept store experience.
  • Drives profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

• Retail team leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
• Inventory procedures
