Data Insights Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver data-driven insights that support informed decision-making across various business units.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools, including Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple business units and large datasets.
- Design and optimise data models, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Contribute to data quality improvements, innovation, and technology evolution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to business users on the adoption of analytics solutions.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an analytical role.
- Strong technical skills: Power BI, DAX, Power Query and SQL (data extraction, joins, subqueries, window functions).
- Experience working with data warehouses and data lakes.
- Familiarity with data modelling tools and ETL/ELT processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Analysis or related field.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines desirable.
- Business acumen in Retail, Wholesale or Trade environments highly regarded.
