Job Role: Data Insight Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insight Manager to lead our Distribution team.

This internal-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision making and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in shaping how we support our top customers and broker partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop executive-ready insights and reporting packs for strategic meetings.
  • Analyse broker and customer data to support business decisions and improve performance.
  • Ensure governance and risk committee requirements are met and maintained.
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support audit coordination and performance governance frameworks.
