Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Worker to join our team in the Coolum Beach area. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Offer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Assist with complex care needs, including dementia

Requirements

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
