Lead Automation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Project Manager to lead our clients through process automation and workflow transformation projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery for automation and workflow solutions, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are consistently achieved.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and workflow automation platforms is essential for this role.
  • The selected candidate will oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing risks, dependencies, and budgets.
  • We require the ability to support solution design and delivery across platforms such as Nintex, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or similar workflow automation vendors.
  • Drive agile project practices, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a technical / SaaS / automation delivery environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum are highly regarded.
