About the Role

The Property Management Specialist is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property management functions and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Property & Contract Management: Oversee the management of properties, including contract administration, lease negotiations, and tenant coordination.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Tenant Management: Manage tenant relationships, including rent collection, maintenance requests, and conflict resolution.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes and issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of property management software and tools, including Propertyme and Inspect Real Estate.
  • Understanding of Legislation: Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant legislation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive attitude, positive attitude, and excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Qualifications: Strong understanding and practical experience with property management software and tools, current registration and compliance with relevant legislation, and proven ability to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
