About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at Helping Hand. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care services to residents, based on their individual care plans
  • Support residents to live a life of choice and independence, promoting their autonomy and dignity
  • Contribute to the development of care plans, sharing your observations and insights to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification, with a strong focus on delivering person-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a care-related role, preferably in an aged care setting
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain
