We are seeking a skilled and energetic team member to join our event lighting crew in Australia.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with setting up lighting equipment for events, working safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operate lighting equipment for various events, utilizing manual skills and physical labor
  • Maintain high levels of safety and adherence to protocols while wearing protective gear
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, communicating effectively and adapting to changing situations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in event setup, particularly with lighting equipment, and a proven ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent physical stamina for manual work and heavy lifting, with the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary
