Seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development, integration, and management of ICT systems in support of Space and Cyber learning delivery. Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will lead technical initiatives and manage key stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.
The RoleYou will be working within an integrated team of partners, including:
- Managing and administering learning management systems and online learning platforms.
- Developing and sustaining Cyber range and simulation environments.
- Designing, implementing, and accrediting ICT systems.
- Creating system documentation and procedures.
- Managing equipment and logistics.
- Developing and administering intranet content.
- Managing stakeholder relationships.
- Providing technical advice and guidance.
- Purchasing hardware and software.
- Maintaining tactical training equipment.
- Supporting course delivery.
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff.
- Managing contracts.
- Supporting other functions of the school.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
