We're seeking a seasoned Digger Specialist to join our Maintenance Team in the Goldfields, on a 2 and 2 roster.

This is an opportunity for hands-on professionals to tackle weekly shutdowns, planned maintenance, and breakdowns, showcasing their skills and making an impact on heavy plant equipment.

The Offer:

  • Pay Rates: $80.00+ per hour full-time or $90.00+ casual and 12% Super on all hours
  • FIFO: To WA from all major cities in Australia
  • DIDO: Local residents of Kalgoorlie
  • 7:7 Rotating Roster: Perth or Kalgoorlie based
  • Interstate Travel: Hotel and Flights provided
  • 190 Hours Paid Annual Leave: At the full hourly rate
  • Pay Cycle: Fortnightly
  • $5K Refer-a-Mate Bonus: For Trade roles only
  • Extra Shift Incentive: For hours worked outside your 2:2 roster
  • Employee Discounts: Health insurance, select retailers, novated leases, and salary packaging

Responsibilities include:

  1. Quality Control: Ensure repairs meet company standards and cost targets.
  2. Collaboration: Work with clients to achieve business objectives.
  3. Fleet Maintenance: Provide breakdown support, planned maintenance, and servicing for various heavy plant equipment models, including Liebherr, Hitachi, CAT, and Komatsu.

To succeed in this role:

  • Australian Working Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Trade Certificate: Australian recognised qualification in Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant.
  • Mine Site Exposure: Minimum 3 years' experience with large heavy plant equipment.
  • Driver's Licence: Current Australian licence (mandatory).
  • Tickets: Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift (highly regarded), Dogging and Rigging (highly favourable).
