We're seeking a seasoned Digger Specialist to join our Maintenance Team in the Goldfields, on a 2 and 2 roster.
This is an opportunity for hands-on professionals to tackle weekly shutdowns, planned maintenance, and breakdowns, showcasing their skills and making an impact on heavy plant equipment.
The Offer:
- Pay Rates: $80.00+ per hour full-time or $90.00+ casual and 12% Super on all hours
- FIFO: To WA from all major cities in Australia
- DIDO: Local residents of Kalgoorlie
- 7:7 Rotating Roster: Perth or Kalgoorlie based
- Interstate Travel: Hotel and Flights provided
- 190 Hours Paid Annual Leave: At the full hourly rate
- Pay Cycle: Fortnightly
- $5K Refer-a-Mate Bonus: For Trade roles only
- Extra Shift Incentive: For hours worked outside your 2:2 roster
- Employee Discounts: Health insurance, select retailers, novated leases, and salary packaging
Responsibilities include:
- Quality Control: Ensure repairs meet company standards and cost targets.
- Collaboration: Work with clients to achieve business objectives.
- Fleet Maintenance: Provide breakdown support, planned maintenance, and servicing for various heavy plant equipment models, including Liebherr, Hitachi, CAT, and Komatsu.
To succeed in this role:
- Australian Working Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Trade Certificate: Australian recognised qualification in Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant.
- Mine Site Exposure: Minimum 3 years' experience with large heavy plant equipment.
- Driver's Licence: Current Australian licence (mandatory).
- Tickets: Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift (highly regarded), Dogging and Rigging (highly favourable).
