We deliver innovative technical solutions to our clients in high voltage power generation, transmission, and distribution. As a specialist in substations, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering critical substation infrastructure that underpins the transmission network.
In this role, you'll lead complex substation designs, ensuring they meet the highest technical standards while managing project delivery. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and inspire the next generation of engineers, sharing your expertise to help them grow into future leaders.
This requires strong fundamentals in engineering disciplines, as well as a deep understanding of industry regulations, policies, and procedures. Project management expertise and experience in integrating complex systems are essential.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in developing substation designs for high voltage electricity networks. They should be able to work collaboratively with others to deliver projects on time and within budget.
A track record of delivering successful project outcomes is crucial, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage client expectations and build strong relationships to achieve successful outcomes for all stakeholders is vital.
