As an Insurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our people, property, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the organisation's insurance portfolio, ensuring adequate coverage and timely renewals.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals, policy placements, and asset schedules to ensure efficient claims handling.
  • Manage claims across property, public liability, and volunteer incidents.
  • Liaise with brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and coverage.
  • Provide guidance on insurance matters and issue certificates for leases and contracts.
  • Monitor premium invoices and regulatory obligations.
  • Develop and maintain insurance knowledge across the enterprise.
  • Work closely with Finance to review replacement costs of assets.

What You'll Bring

  • A detail-oriented and organised professional with strong insurance knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • A successful track record in insurance administration or claims management.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies, terminology, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
