About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Practice Administrator to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our therapists and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their families, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage our reception area, handle phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and administrative documents.
  • Financial Transactions: Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with our therapists and administration team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or allied health setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, therapists, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
