This is an opportunity to be the champion for turning customer data into a trusted asset. You will design and deliver frameworks, tools and processes that keep our data accurate, consistent and reliable.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design practical frameworks, tools and standards to improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Create clear metrics and dashboards that give the business actionable insights.
  • Solve complex data problems and implement long-lasting fixes.
  • Collaborate across teams to embed data quality into everyday practice.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, keeping customer data trusted and ready for decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A strong background in data management, governance and using tools like CRM, ERP or MDM systems.
  • An analytical mindset with experience in managing and improving customer data quality.
  • Practical skills with SQL, Excel and data quality tools, plus confidence using reporting platforms.
  • A collaborative style with experience working with different teams and making data quality part of everyday business.
  • An understanding of privacy requirements and best practice standards.
  • A commitment to integrity and continuous improvement.
