Warehouse Maintenance Expert

The Skilled Warehouse Maintenance Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of the facility. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of equipment and premises.
Main Responsibilities:- Cleans and maintains warehouse floors, offices, break room, and restrooms by operating self-propelled floor scrubbing machinery and manual cleaning methods.
- Empties trash from designated areas throughout the facility, operates trash compactor, and cardboard baler.
- Reviews daily schedule for assigned routine task and maintenance repair jobs.
- Adheres to safety and security procedures, including tagging power access when working on electrical equipment, wearing safety goggles when using compactor and baler, and waste disposal.
- Maintains equipment and performs routine repairs throughout the facility.
- Maintains grounds outside the facility, including leaf blowing, litter collection, roof checks, and building maintenance.
Able to operate various vehicles, equipment, or machinery, including hand tools, pressure washer, floor scrubber, leaf blower, private vehicle, power tools, trash compactor, cardboard baler, and equipment throughout the facility.
