Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily living and personal care needs, including meal preparation, personal hygiene and mobility.
  • Engage in meaningful opportunities and relationships that promote independence and inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality support is provided to clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
