Job Opportunity
Establish an exciting new career as a Director of Service, overseeing the daily operations of our Eastern suburbs Before and After School Hours Care program.
As part of a reputable organisation, you will be working alongside great staff, in well-equipped facilities, to enhance student learning and development.
Our comprehensive service caters for students from Prep to Year 6, providing a safe, engaging and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee program administration, rostering and supervision of casual staff.
- Assist in running activities, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Maintain and update the service's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Requirements
To be successful, you will require:
- Previous experience as a Director of Service in an Outside of School Hours Care setting.
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards.
- First aid qualifications, a valid Working With Children Check and other certifications.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education.
