Support Worker - Make a Difference in Young Lives

APM is seeking individuals who share our passion for empowering young people as Support Workers in our Deception Bay office.

The role involves assessing the needs of participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions-focused approaches to support young people achieve ongoing education and/or employment. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including experience in Youth & Family Services, Community Services and Employment Services.

To be considered, you must:

  • Hold eligibility to work in Australia
  • Have a current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Be willing to undergo a Criminal History Check
  • Pass a Working with Children Check
  • Be available to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
