Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Support Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing the needs of young people and providing solutions-focused approaches to support them achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

Your passion for making a real difference in the lives of young people is essential for this role. You will be working collaboratively with colleagues to assess the needs of young people and develop strategies to support them achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion and drive to support young people prepare for and secure employment within the local community. They will work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and provide guidance to young people on how to achieve their employment goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
